Agreement
By using this website or submitting samples to PureGuard Analytics ("PureGuard", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms.
Services
PureGuard provides analytical testing of research samples. Results apply only to the sample as received and tested. We make no claim about other lots, batches or units of the same product.
Research use only
All samples are accepted and handled as research materials. Our certificates are not approval, certification or endorsement of any product for human consumption, veterinary use or any clinical purpose.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate sample labeling, lawful possession and shipment of the samples you send, and for how you use or publish our results. You may not alter a PureGuard certificate or present an altered certificate as ours.
Public verification
Certificates we issue are published on our Verify COA page by report number. By ordering testing you agree that the report contents may be viewed by anyone who has the report number.
Payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Testing begins once payment and the sample are received unless other terms are agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PureGuard's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the testing in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
