Research use only
PureGuard Analytics tests materials strictly as research samples. Nothing on this website or on our certificates is medical advice or a statement that any product is safe or approved for human or animal use.
Sample acceptance
We may refuse any sample at our discretion, including controlled substances we are not licensed to handle, samples that appear mislabeled, or shipments that do not meet packaging and shipping rules.
Integrity of results
Results are reported exactly as measured. We do not change results at a client's request. Corrections are issued only for verified errors and are recorded as a revised report.
Certificate misuse
Altering, reusing or misrepresenting a PureGuard certificate is prohibited. When we become aware of a forged or altered certificate we may publish a notice and take appropriate action.
Reporting concerns
If you believe a certificate bearing our name has been altered, email us with the report number and where you found it.
